Waitlist (weekends & school holidays)

How It Works

1. Join the Waitlist:

   • When you arrive, check in at the store to be added to our interactive text message waitlist.
   • If available - you may be asked to register and print a dress hang tag.  Otherwise you can do this when you return to the store.
   • While you wait, feel free to explore the local businesses in Byron for shopping, food, drinks, and more:
     • Shopping Options
     • Dining Options
     • Gas Stations

2. Interactive Notification:

   • About 15 minutes before we expect a dressing room to open, you’ll receive a text message inviting you to return to the store, register/print out registeration tag and select your initial three dresses to try on.
   • Text Back: Please text back to let us know your estimate time back to the store.  If you’re at a nearby business and not ready to return yet (e.g., still eating or shopping), simply reply to let us know. You won’t lose your place in line, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

3. Check-In:

   • Upon returning, check in at the registration desk.
   • Register in our POS system (separate from the text waitlist) if you did not at the time of initial checkin.
   • A personalized tag will be printed for you to be later attached to your dresses.
   • Shop for your initial 3 dresses.  This includes: 
     • Dresses inside the fitting room,
     • Dresses hanging outside your fitting room, and
     • Dresses held by people whom are with you awaiting for you to try on.

4. Once you have picked out your initial 3 Dresses:

   • You must bring back to the wait list area your initial three dresses where they’ll be hung with your printed tag.
   • You will then receive a pager.
   • Dressing rooms will be assigned in the order that people bring back their dresses to the waitlist area.

5. Fitting Room Process:

   • Our store has 15 fitting rooms, divided into five mirrored areas with three rooms per area.
   • Each mirrored area has a dedicated sales associate to assist you throughout your fitting session, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
   • When a room becomes available, you’ll be paged and escorted to your dressing room.
   • You’ll have one hour to try on as many dresses as you want.  We ask that only three dresses are in the fitting room at a time to maintain a smooth flow, minimize damage and ensure plenty of options remain on the racks for all our shoppers.

6. Photo Opportunities:

   • Be sure to take advantage of our many photo opps:
     
     • An 18-foot lighted runway to showcase your favorite dresses.
     • A photo collage mirror for memorable snapshots.
     • An interactive mirror to see yourself from every angle in real time.

7. Support from Associates:

   • Our sales associates will be stationed at each mirrored area to assist with your selections, answer questions, and suggest additional styles to ensure you find your dream dress.
